Solution to common questions of buyers！
Q:Can I play the games downloaded from Internet?
A:Sorry, no support! Only play the games built
in the console. Can not delete and play other games,
excepting the built-in games.
Q:Why is there suddenly a handle that can’t be controlled during the game?
A：Our opinion is that the battery may be too weak to control. Please replace the battery to see if it can be! If the handle is still not control, please contact customer service in time!
Q:The console white host has a card slot. Can I store the TF card?
A:No! This card slot is not used to insert the usb card, it is only used to dissipate the machine.
Q:How do I quit the game？
A:Please select star+B above the gamepad to quit the game.
Q: Why do I plug the game console on the TV but the image is not clear?
A:We think might be the AV cable is not inserted tightly. Please help to check both sides of the AV cable connection to avoide this problem. One connection is on TV A-V plate anther plance is on the 3.5 jack on the console. Any other questions please just contact us. Thanks.
Q:Why is there no image after connecting to the TV?
A:Please check if the 3 holes of the AV cable are properly plugged into the TV.Most of new TV models without AV jack, then you need a converter. So before buy, please check whether your TV have AV video port. like the picture. If it is the right TV or no image, we think it may be that the AV cable sent is broken, please contact our customer service in time, we will resend the new one for you.
