How to Use Automatic Mechanical Watch One of the beautiful things about an automatic mechanical watch is that it requires interaction with its owner to function. But before you reap the benefits from it, there are a few things to keep in mind that will help keep that watch running flawlessly and serve you well for years. 1. For the first use, manually wind the crown clockwise 30 forward spins, set the time, and then strap it on. 2. Don't manually wind on your wrist. Wind the watch off your wrist to minimize stress on the winding stem. 3. Don't overwind. Stop when you feel resistance. This isn't like topping off your gas tank, so don't try to give it a little extra. 4. Unless you don't wear your watch daily or you're an extremely inactive person, you won't have to wind your automatic every day. 5. NOT suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, water-related work, and fishing. Splash/rain resistant only. 6. Wearing a delicate precision mechanism in a harsh working/sport environment is not recommended. 7. Don't keep it in close proximity to magnets like those found in speakers, televisions, or your iPad that can affect the precision. 8. The mortal enemies of a mechanical watch are moisture, shock, and magnets!! 9. Don't ignore watch maintenance. Once every 2-3 years isn't much to ask. |

CIGA Design warrants that your watch is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage– During the warranty period, if your watch exhibits any defects covered by this warranty, CIGA Design will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the watch with an equivalent model or parts. This warranty covers: Movement issues, such as timekeeping inaccuracies. Manufacturing defects in the watch case, crystal, and strap. Water resistance failure under normal wear conditions. Unexpected damage from transportation (damage that occurs during shipping and handling from the point of purchase).
Warranty Exclusions– This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or strap. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations. Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating.

Proof of Purchase– Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of the date of purchase; it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
