1. Why is there no sound when wearing it?

a) Check if the volume is suitable for your hearing.

b) Check whether the Earphones has electricity.

c) Check whether there is earwax in the ear canal.

2. Why is there a whistling (sharp sound)?

A whistle (shrill sound) is a sign of wearing Earphones incorrectly. If the Earphones and ear canal do not match, the sound from the receiver will be picked up by the microphone again, forming a loop that will be continuously amplified and produce a whistling sound.

Solution: Please chooese the appropriate ear tips according to the size of the ear canal and make sure the ear tips fit snugly in your ear.

3. How can I care for my Earphones?

a) Keep Earphones away from heat and dust.

b) Clean Earphones as instructed. Earwax and ear drainage can damage a Earphones.

c) Avoid using hairspray or other hair care products while wearing Earphones.

d) Turn off Earphones when they are not in use.

4. For better care for your device, Please pay attention to 4 important cause for Hearing Aid Damage as below:

a) Failing To Clean Earphones Or Cleaning Them Incorrectly

b) Dropping Earphones Like Dropping them on a hard surface from any height can damage them.

c) Improper Storage – store your Earphones in moist places like the bathroom or hot places like the car.

d) When you wear device in shower, Swimming or Blow-drying your hair Using hairsprays and other aerosol products may expose your Earphones to moisture, heat and substances that can clog the microphone and receiver result in stopping work.

Note: Please charge the hearing aid and charging case for at least 10-12 hours the first time you turn on them.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SUPER GLOBAL MALL (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
