A:The 3.5mm model fits for all 3.5mm connection devices. It is fit for PS4/PS5/XBox One/Nintendo Switch/PC/Laptop/Windows OS/Mac OS. The USB model only fits for USB connection models like computer.

3.Q: Is the headset comfortable to wear? ls it suitable for playing games for a long time?

A: All Anivia products are ergonomic. The head beam has a cushioning design. which is light in weight and suitable for long time wearing of games and music.

4.Q:How to connect it to Windows system?

A:1.Please check whether the device turns on the audio output and try to turn up the volume,

2.If it is dual 3.5mm connectors, please insert the green connector into the green hole. The green port is for audio output and red port is for audio input.

3.Please confirm whether the system has selected the correct output device. If the audio device of the system is another device, please try to reset it.

5.Q:The microphone is not working?

A:1.Check that the microphone control button is on on.

2.When you use an adapter cable. Detect that the cable connection connector is fastened or not.(You can hear a 'click' when it is tightened. The colour of the metal is barely visible when fastened.) Then use it again.

6.Q:How to do if there is a sound problem?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
