What is the difference between HD100/HD110/HD200/HD210?

The differences are as follows:

The HD100/HD110 series focuses on the forced regeneration function of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter). This is very practical in maintenance and repair, helping truck drivers and maintenance engineers quickly solve DPF-related issues.

The HD200/HD210 series mainly focuses on modifying parameters such as the vehicle's speed limit, total speed, and total speed operation time. This is very helpful for improving vehicle performance and optimizing energy consumption efficiency, and is also compatible with engines from Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, and International.

How to Use ANCEL HD210?

Step 1. Download the APP Search for Anceltrucker in the AppStore or GooglePlay and download it

Step 2. User registration and login User registration via email (no need to receive verification code via email)

Step 3. Insert the Anceltrucker device into the vehicle diagnostic seat Note: The OBD port of the vehicle will age, loosen the screws, and also need to use an extension cord. If necessary, please choose one to one extension cable!

Step 4. Open the APP and connect to the vehicle via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Default Bluetooth connection; Wi-Fi is only used as a backup (when Bluetooth is not connected). Customers are not advised to connect directly with Wi-Fi

Bluetooth connection method First use:

Prompt to turn on Bluetooth -> Open the phone location. Automatic connection successful

Wi-Fi connection method

(1) In the phone [Settings], find the Wi-Fi named OBD ANCEL and select the connection.

Tip: Because Wi-Fi is only used as a method to connect to the next machine, there is No Data, NOinternet or no data similar prompts are normal, can be directly ignored. When the APP does not detect Bluetooth or the Bluetooth connection fails, a message will be displayed on the left. At this point, you can try using a Wi-Fi connection.

(2) Successfully connect to the Wi-Fi named by OBDANCEL and open the location of the phone.

(3) Restart AncelTruckerAPP to connect successfully.

Special cases:

1) The subnet mask is entered when the iOS is connected.

2) If the device's Wi-Fi fails, check whether the phone is connected to another Wi-Fi. Some phones automatically select Wi-Fi, kicking out the best ones with no data connections

Note

1. How much space should the mobile phone reserve when AncelTrucker software is running?

A: At least 3 G's.

2. What is the minimum system version requirement when the APP is running? A: Android: version 5.0 and above; iOS: version 12 or later.

3, when registering, why not verify the authenticity of the email through the verification code? Answer: In order to reduce customer complaints (overseas email verification is complicated).

4, why is the Bluetooth connection, but need to open the mobile phone positioning? A: Through Bluetooth connection, android12 below, need location permission and enable location service, in order to scan nearby Bluetooth devices.

5. How to upgrade the software? A: When the software has a new upgrade, there is a prompt at the software version, click and jump to the app store to download the software.

6. Why can't I upgrade the software directly through the APP? A: If you support direct software upgrade, a large software package will cause poor user experience.

7, the customer model is Volvo, want to modify the speed limit, it must be the choice of HD210 this product? A: No, it needs to be selected according to the engine configured by the vehicle. If it is a Volvo engine, choose the HD210; If it's a Cummins engine, go with the HD200.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SUPER GLOBAL MALL (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
