1.Clean the skin

• For the excess fat on both sides of the abdomen, you can roll the rollers diagonally and move them from the waist to the center of the abdomen.

• Sit in a chair or lie flat on the bed, and place the roller in front of your thighs. Starting from the base of the thigh, roll down along the front of the thigh until above the knee. 3.hips
