A: No, you can use it when doing sports, but not when swimming or bathing.

A: Replace the corresponding ear tips to ensure airtightness.
Q3: Can't connect to the phone?
A: Disconnect the earbuds from other devices. Then pair again.
Q4: Can't charge the Bluetooth Headphones?
A: (1) Please clean the charging contacts and the charging compartment of the earphone.
(2) Put the earphone into the charging compartment correctly. Our earphones contain NTC inside. The battery is automatically prevented from overheating. More to ensure your safety.
Q5: Bad noise cancellation?
A: These wireless earbuds don't have Active Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC), only Clear Voice Capture (CVC). Noise reduction is most noticeable when you're on a call.
Q6: Can only one earphone be used?
A: Yes, when using single earphone, just take out the second one to achieve seamless transformation between single mode and twin mode. When you put it back, the Bluetooth earphones shut down and are recharging.
